Facts of the case

The issuance of an absolute order at once in urgent cases of nuisance was sought by the OIC based on complaints by the residents of the area. The complaint was that the pastor (name mentioned in parties’ column) is conducting prayer-related activities in her house for 40-50 people (reportedly from different areas) which has caused a nuisance to the residents of the area. They also complained of the potential health risks posed by the gathering due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country.
