Facts of the case

In this case Sinnithamby Suthatharan complained about the activities of Loganathan Kamalanathan who was congregating at the residence and so many outside people came for prayers and it caused a public nuisance.

 

At the same time, Loganathan Kamalanathan complained against Sinnithamby Suthatharan who threatened his religious activities.
